Blameless accident case: Appeal to the High Court

Burgan Lawyers has filed its first application for special leave to appeal to the High Court for one of our clients who has been disadvantaged by an adverse decision made by the Court of Appeal.

The Court of Appeal overturned the trial judge’s decision in our client’s favour and we are seeking to appeal the Court of Appeal’s decision.

The case has a huge impact on drivers, who are injured in “blameless accidents”, so we are trying to help our client, as well as many other drivers affected by the decision.

Watch this space for the outcome.
